About

About Misely

Misely helps loan officers deliver faster, more polished, more personal mortgage advice. It is mobile-friendly, quick to use, and built around a simple idea: a mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions a person will ever make, so it deserves more than a rate quote.

Most of all, Misely helps originators build client trust and loyalty by focusing on life-event planning and long-term wealth, not just the cost of the loan.

Why Misely exists

In a fast-changing mortgage market, three things decide whether an originator holds their margin: differentiation, speed, and client experience. Misely was built to deliver all three.

Differentiation

The name Misely comes from "Mortgage Wisely." Helping a client choose a mortgage wisely takes more than finding the lowest rate. Rate and cost matter, but the right mortgage really depends on the client's life-event expenses and their long-term financial goals. Misely's analysis engine shifts the conversation from rate and cost to real advice, which is what makes it valuable to a mortgage planner.

Speed

Clients expect fast answers. If an originator is away from their desk, the old way can mean hours before a client gets options back. Misely cuts the time it takes to present mortgage options to minutes, so you respond while the client is still deciding.

Built for every client

Misely was built by a mortgage planner, with every kind of client in mind. You choose the level of detail: a clean, simple presentation for a client who wants a quick decision, or a deeper life-event and wealth analysis for a client with more complex goals. It works on any device, anywhere.

Our story

The idea behind Misely started in 1998, on an Excel spreadsheet, when founder Dave Boswell needed a better way to answer his clients' real financial questions, like how much interest they would save by paying a little extra toward principal each month. That instinct, to give clients honest, real-world guidance instead of just a number, grew into Misely.

Dave has spent over 30 years in mortgage origination and built Misely to pass that experience to every originator who uses it.

Today, Misely-trained mortgage planners ask better questions and guide clients toward better decisions, so the mortgage supports the whole financial picture, not just the purchase.
